    Looking at the steadying decline, I can see, like fellow DC punk legend Dave Smalley, the fixed numbers from the Compromised Disease Control & Prevention agency of the Biden-Harris dictatorship are down by law.

        I feel it preempts the ability of the reichwing to use it. When it's emerging from the troubled mind of Neoliberal Korporatist Monty the Mongoose, it loses even the ironic panache if the OK sign as White Power.

        Also: that JEOPARDY! choad knew exactly what he was doing. He may not be a white power gameshow contestant, but he was definitely trying to blur the lines between a silly hand signal & racial supremacy to run cover for the latter.

    Vaccination rates about 50% off of their highs?
    We need to release the excess production for export. Stockpiles for when regional surges hit in low vaccinated areas, but the rest needs to go out and be used.

      Vaccination rates should (I hope) pick up a bit based on the Pfizer vaccine being available to 12 and over.

        Friends just got their daughter started on vaccinations--apparently no problem signing up for a slot. I'm at a university, and they've shut down the on campus vaccination site. No longer needed. Overall, area at ca. 50% vaccinated--so they need to reach into the community.

          I remember there being steady but unimpressive turnout at the on campus vaxxx program for meningitis during my last semester in Nov. 2001.

          Not sure whether to chalk it up to latent Antivaxxxia among matriculants to the school where the GQP was born, or a general carpe diem mood in the wake of 9/11. ("Why get vaxxx'd when bin Laden could just kill us tomorrow with Anthrax?")

    NY fell below 10 new cases/day/100K. State with highest case load still CO, but that's down to 22.9 now, falling slowly with first shot vax at 50%--so will fall faster.

    Twenty states plus DC above 50% for vaccinations (first shot); AL, LA and MS still below 35%
