      They charged me then sent me a bill for having done it, I refused to pay and they left a mean review on Yelp, so now I'm blackballed from scammers.

    Are you not able to delete the spam comments? I figure most of your readers are too smart to fall for them, but you never know. They are a potential hazard to vulnerable people and should not be left up.
