I got my second microchip implanted yesterday afternoon. (Why do we need two? No one ever explains that.)

Today, everything aches. The worst is my left ear, which is reminding me of the way it used to feel back when I regularly got incredibly bad ear infections (which, fortunately, hasn't happened in about 15 years). Overall, somewhat worse than Shingrix #2.

The first injection was Lot 030A21A. The second was Lot 030B21A. Coincidence? I think not.

The first shot implants the Bill Gates chip. The second is Tim Apple’s. There is a “booster” planned for later. They are still developing that chip which is a consortium of Tom Hanks, Oprah, and various other Hollywood elites.
I thought this was common knowledge.

Close your eyes and the chips do a projection onto your eyelids--you can watch the movie anytime you like in 3D.

One day it will be interactive and you can play Call of Duty inside your skull and never have to open your eyes again.

            Probably explains the Fermi Paradox.

And things still relatively stable. Cases may be dropping in the Northeast. That would be great, or it might be holiday artifacts.

NMI has enter the New Zealand zone (no cases?). AR about to be first state to drop below 5 new cases/day/100K--but it just keeps riding just above that value. And CO is hovering just below the 25 value.
AK dropped out of the red zone--just did a day trip there.

And MI still bad. Things have paused a bit for today, but still bad.

Vaccination range (% first dose by state): 26 to 42%. Some of the states with highest case rate have some of the highest % injected. I presume they are targeting hot spots? Maybe?

Unvaccinated old folks are going to be at accentuated risk when all the unvaccinated young folks toss their masks aside (the vaccinated majority won't be wearing them) and go wherever they feel like going (everyone else is). It will be a bitter end to this pandemic.

Why wouldn't an old person get vaccinated? Some just don't like needles and are trying to live out their final days in peace. Stubbornly.

The U.S. experience with vaccination is looking more like Israel than the UK, but we may get to the same place in the next month or two. (You can see those two countries on worldometers; the software won't let me post a link.)

    European Medicines Agency today:

"EMA’s safety committee (PRAC) has concluded today that unusual blood clots with low blood platelets should be listed as very rare side effects of Vaxzevria (formerly COVID-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca).
In reaching its conclusion, the committee took into consideration all currently available evidence, including the advice from an ad hoc expert group.
    ...
One plausible explanation for the combination of blood clots and low blood platelets is an immune response, leading to a condition similar to one seen sometimes in patients treated with heparin (heparin induced thrombocytopenia, HIT). The PRAC has requested new studies and amendments to ongoing ones to provide more information and will take any further actions necessary." -- https://bityl.co/6Ig8

Statistical analysis ascertained relative risk, but, it could not measure a causal relationship. Research points to a causal relationship and the EMA has acknowledged it.
