I'm guessing the current bump, and some of the preceding steep decline, in US numbers is an artifact of The Storm. TX is back to reporting deaths--but don't seem to have caught up yet with issues due to the storm And their testing still ain't right. The TX apparent bump in hospitalizations went back down.

Still only one state below 10 new cases/100K/day, OR, but looks like numbers are bouncing up slightly. ME and MI are getting close to "moderate" designation.
