US numbers back on pre-storm trend line? We're close. TX still a bit of a mess with tests and cases. Their reports on deaths seem to be back to normal, though still expect a data dump to account for the deaths during the reporting problems with the winter storm.
States can't seem to get to and stay below 10 newcases/day/1000K. Four states have made it below that level this year, and so far only OR is holding on--but I don't expect that to last much longer.
