Just want to revist. In the last few weeks black and hispanic populations have begun recieving vaccines at a share greater than their share of the population, particularly hispanics.

According to politico (sorry) black adults are among the least likely to say they won't get vaccinated. White evangelicals have no shifted.

Tell me again how republicans and black people deserve equal empathy and understanding about vaccine caution.

Politico makes things up and tries to package it as fact. A organization that has needed shuttered for years.

Just go down onto the street will tell you what a lie they are. Blacks have the biggest anti-covid vax website. The most flagrant anti-covid vax supporters. Both Hispanic and white evangelical covid vax rates are about the same.

From CovidActNow: 3 states in the green, up to 15 now under caution, including all the big ones: CA, TX and FL. Under caution means either (or both) new cases above 10/day/100K or infection rate >1.1. As various news reports have said, cases are up 10% and Delta is every where.
The scary places are where both are happening:
    state cases infection rate %vaccinated
AR 15.7 1.27 42% (jumped to the lead)
    MO 14.9 1.17 45%
    NV 14.6 1.23 50%
    UT 12.4 1.13 49%
    FL 10.4 1.18 54%
    and soon to join
    LA 9.3 1.13 39%

With most elderly and nursing home patients vaccinated, we are not see huge spikes as those facilities are hit. But some local places are getting hit hard, e.g.
    Joplin MO 48.4 1.25 ???
    Cheyenne WY 39.9 1.14 38%
    Springfield, MO 35.2 1.15 36%
St. Joseph MO 34.3 1.34 23% (includes counties in KS)
    Grand Junction CO 32.2 1.08 32%

This will find areas of unvaccinated people. As for natural immunity, look at what happened in Manaus, Brazil. You need a vaccine. At are current level of vaccinations, we're getting a slow motion explosion of cases.
