WY dipped below 10 new cases/day/100K, joining MO, OR, and WA (and HI and PR). It's WY second dip this year--I missed the Feb 15th one. FL and DE are below 25 now. NY, NJ and RI are stubbornly stuck in the 30's, SC still dropping--down to 25.1.

We seem to be done with holiday (VA) and storm (e.g. TX) artifacts in reporting on deaths.
Virginia had a data issue, they discovered they were missing data at some point and were catching up last week.
