Isn't this a cute Viennese kitten? So adorable.
What's that? It doesn't look quite real to you? Fine. But I never came across any cats in Vienna, and now that I'm home my sister still has custody of Hilbert and Charlie. So this is the best I can do. I promise real live catblogging next week.
Looks completely Viennese.

Interesting. The most popular dog today in the US is the French bulldog, one of many squashed faced dogs based on some mutation that popped up. Also with major health concerns because of that.
I don't' even thing they're cute.
What ransom is your sister demanding for their return?
Sacher Torte.
Larry thought himself quite ingenious, having pulled a substitute from the toy store next door to sit in -- or in this case, lie-in -- for him. The color, the pattern, the size -- everything seemed perfect.
Now or never, the opportunity was here for Larry to 'go fishing' in the store across the street and dammit it was about time! For weeks he'd been staring intently at the impossibly massive tanks of food from his perch in the window. Finally, the opportunity had come!
But Larry was a Viennese aristocat. He could not just waltz across the street and into the tanks. No, he had to be casual and stroll around the block, across the street, then around that block, carefully pacing himself to time his approach to slip in as the door opened.
One, two, three times around the block and finally -- FINALLY! -- a chance opening. He slipped right in, spotted the dozens of tanks all full of the most beautiful of fish of all colors! Red, blue, green and tangy. Oh what a feast he would have today!
"Todd, is that cat staring at the display screens?"
Poor Larry. If only cats could understand irony.
+1
Too long, read it anyway and glad I did. ????????????????????????
