Roman cats have the good sense to stay out of the July Italian sun.
Venture out around midnight, and you're bound to see them on their nosturnal prowls.
All the way to Rome just to shoot a cat.
That cat had a mother you know.
Those Roman cats live in backyards where tourists don't have access. Those who live outside probably have short lives given the way Romans handle automobiles.

They’re up on balconies and behind chimney stacks sneering down at the American tourist and his camera. “Dio mio, they’re as bad as the Japanese.”

He's on vacation!

Ignore the boring panel of clueles judges; the cats are superb.
I could do all that stuff. Aside from the pole climbing and the parallel bars and the jumping.
Salamander, what an amazing video, thanks for posting this....I think I will hare it around a little. Great stuff, thanks again. Traveller
I thought the cats hung out at the Colosseum.
È una trappola, non una siesta!
Missed Kevin's vacation posts, but this looks just like my resting (not lazy!) tortoiseshell cat. Hope that cat gets a good home.
