Friday Cat Blogging – 30 July 2021

What's happened to all the Roman cats? I haven't seen a single one yet. However, to tide us over until I do, here's a lazy brown tabby at the Largo Argentina cat sanctuary.

Roman cats have the good sense to stay out of the July Italian sun.

Venture out around midnight, and you're bound to see them on their nosturnal prowls.

Those Roman cats live in backyards where tourists don't have access. Those who live outside probably have short lives given the way Romans handle automobiles.

They’re up on balconies and behind chimney stacks sneering down at the American tourist and his camera. “Dio mio, they’re as bad as the Japanese.”

Speaking of things that have gone missing, what happened to your COVID graphs?

Missed Kevin's vacation posts, but this looks just like my resting (not lazy!) tortoiseshell cat. Hope that cat gets a good home.
