Friday Cat Blogging – 7 February 2025

I can barely walk to the kitchen without prompting a lengthy attack of uncontrollable shakes and gasping for breath. This is worse than it was a week ago, and if it doesn't resolve soon I'm heading back to the hospital.

For now, though, it means I can't wander around to take pictures of the cats. I can only sit in my chair and wait for them to come to me. Which they do. This is Charlie popping his head up and trying to decide if he wants to jump in my lap. He didn't, which I suppose is all just as well.

Yes - I was thinking that he looks concerned, but decided not to burden Kevin by jumping on his lap. Cats & dogs often recognize even changes that are less noticeable in their humans.

You may be right, but to me, it looked more like Charles was contemplating that big glass of water and the possibility of knocking it over. Maybe that would make The Master get up and walk more normally!

Mr D, you might try making more room in the chair so the kitties can sit beside you. They may not want to crush you down with their massive weight, but would be willing to cuddle alongside.

Charley's expression say it all...as noted by painedumonde...I could not say it better.

Please take it easy and get yourself better...slowly, one step at a time...I entirely trust your intelligence to pick your way forward through this minefield of current difficulty.

It is our duty to conqueror these troubles...now as you have in the past. Best Wishes, Traveller

Good, you're hydrating. And fed, sort of. You know you're dating yourself - looks like you have a landline (I do too).

Take care. Hope you can stay out of the hospital.

Best wishes for a quick recover from whatever is causing your weakness. You are a great researcher and writer. Thank you.
