But also, Jason Furman referred to what's happening as the immaculate cooling -- soft landing without recession. You're one of the few people out there sticking to talk of a recession aside from the far-right which thinks the economy is already in recession and Bidenomics has been a total disaster.
But... wasn't 2021 a time of really high hiring numbers? So we're back to April/May 2021 hiring numbers, right when things were getting going again with the vaccines and economies opening back up for-real?
The degree to which a narrative is being pushed here by stripping data points of their context would be shocking if it weren't the 50th post doing the same exact thing.
