Will be interesting to see if there will be any impact on sales from the settlement by Realtors association.
Home sales always rise in February; it's the beginning of the Spring Market, and it happens every year -- like clockwork. Sales will continue to rise until mid-summer, when the families that want to get settled before school starts have found their new home. The last couple of years have been an aberration, because there has been extremely limited inventory at any point during that time. But that's another story.
