Is this cheating? Am I getting a bonus catblogging day by putting up a picture of a random cat that I took a picture of last week? Probably.
This particular cat was up on a roof in a section of town called Orange Park Acres, a little chunk of unincorporated land surrounded by the city of Orange. It's sort of a faux-rural neighborhood with big houses and lots of horses and, I guess, not too many pesky city regulations. But great for cats.
I'm not complaining about extra cats. That's one handsome specimen! Is he also an 18% grey?

More cats is always good. A cat a day is good for your psychological health. I think Cat Friday should become Cat Everyday, especially in times of depressing news.
That means we need at least two cats everyday in these times.

Those amber eyes are intent on something other than the photographer. Reminds me of Ukraine people carrying their pets to peesumed safety - & an Afghan refugee family who took their gray cat with them to the Polish border despite their difficulties.
