   I believe that may be a Grotesque rather than Gargoyle - the difference, I'm told, is that gargoyles are part of the guttering system and water flows through them (usually spilling out their mouths) while grotesques are simply decoration.

   It's Sacré Cœur ... E dans l'O... (E within the O)
   Cœur means heart, therefore Holy Heart. Or as Kevin would say, Holly Haert.
