This is a street in the Dorotheum, a section of old Vienna full of antique stores and miscellaneous little shops. We found a lovely 19th-century fashion print plate here for my sister, a collector of 19th-century fashion prints plates.

Named after Dorothy Gale? Is there a Toto Town?
I'm waiting for the selfie in front of the gold Johann Strauss monument in the Stadtpark.
What's a fashion print?
It is a hand-water-colored fashion print that was included in fashion magazines. They are actually called fashion plates, like the color plates you find in an art book. Kevin and Marian bought me a lovely one that is hanging on my wall here.
Well, there you go. Thanks
Such a relief to have a post that doesn’t contain Trump or Musk.
Oh, wait a minute….
The street is the Dorotheergasse. The Dorotheum is a large antique auction house on that street. It might be on the left in that photo.
