So far no cytokines are releasing and my brain is clear. But the meds come with a dose of dex, which means I'll probably be up all night. So here's a nighttime picture of the view out my window.

Looks pretty much the same except the lights are on
I gotta disagree. The daytime view was "meh" (although possibly it would be better with bright sunlight and blue sky). Night view is eerie, dangerously attractive, hinting of unknown but amazing things going on just out of sight.

I was in it in San Francisco and DC, but it's not in NYC. They had computerized patient records 30 years ago when most others were on paper, and it was pretty handy to have the GP, various specialists, and their pharmacy in one building. One stop shopping.
Sit tight there. CRS is basically a delayed-onset cytokine storm. So, a few days of observation to make sure your organs don't reject each other and die is a decent price to pay.
