Did you know they're called Rice Bubbles in Australia? Makes perfect sense. Also, the cereal was used in the Dune soundtrack.

I don't know specifically but Kellog workers were on strike for about a month in January/February.
That sound Rice Krispies make is actually detecting microwave background radiation from the birth of the universe.
People aren't aware of this.
I thought Rice Krispies made that noise from *releasing* radiation...
Because they're so sensitive to the foundational state of nature.

My understanding is the snap and crackle just doesn’t have the same pop they used to…. And besides, Coco Puffs were better 🙂
I always liked Sugar Frosted Flakes (later termed "Frosted Flakes" when "sugar" became "the S word"), but have switched to Raisin Bran. Post™ , if it isn't too crass to product-place.
