The day is certainly starting off nicely. I suspect the other hosts at FOX will have to figure out how to stay on the air now.
Google paid 99 dollars an hour on the internet. Everything I did was basic Οnline w0rk from comfort at hΟme for 5-7 hours per day that I g0t from this office I f0und over the web and they paid me 100 dollars each hour. For more details

I don't think "working for G00gle" is going to help them stay at Fox...
Apparently Don Lemon has been fired from CNN. Weird.
The wokerati deep state has clearly struck hard and fast.
Or, you know, guys who outlived their time are being asked to move on.
Keeping it fair and balanced.
The wingnuts who own CNN have had it in for Lemon for years.
Do you mean in terms of timing? Or something else? https://www.npr.org/2023/04/24/1171662180/don-lemon-cnn-terminated
Yes. At basically the exact same time and with no warning to either. I suppose it’s a coincidence but it doesn’t feel like one.
Is there a full moon tonight too?
I ate the same thing for breakfast today I had yesterday.
COINCIDENCE?
So it's not a ChatBot news release? Our overlords have not risen yet?
fyi: Peak Chatbot is now:

Tucker out. DeSantis polling down. Fox forced to pay a $787M settlement. Trump indicted.
The real question is, are you tired of winning yet?
when dolt 45 is convicted of a felony and serving time, i might be close.
So where are the MAGA morons going to get their weekday hour of hate, misogyny, racists rants, and anti LGBTQ diatribes? I guess its now up to Hannity and Ingraham to fill the void, along with the rest of the 22 hours a day of Faux News batshit crazy content.
Did he go because he told lies about Dominion in public, or because he told the truth about Trump in internal communications?
Because he cost Rupert $800,000,000.
What’s the additional $12.5 million for? That asked, it may not even be the $787.5 million, net: https://apnews.com/article/fox-dominion-lawsuit-settlement-election-6a729ece4b4f351a6334be13b49d4869
Reputational harm.
Because he was just going to keep it up and it would all invariably happen again, Tucker has his schtick and he's schticking to it, and he'll schtick to it wherever else he goes.
This. Lil' Tucker and his pals cost Fox three quarters of a billion. That's a lot of bowties. Tucker may think he's worth it, but the shareholders sure don't. Nothing surprising about that.
FWIW
Fox's stock price is down 3.4% today, or ~$500M in market cap, after firing Carlson.
The stock was flat last Tuesday, the day Fox settled with Dominion.
Well, yah. Tuck was REALLY popular with the FNC audience. Firing him is going to hurt ratings.
But firing him was absolutely necessary because of the legal liability he was creating. FNC's business model - presenting TV talking heads who look and act like journalists while spreading absurd propaganda - is no longer legally tenable. That reality has now dawned on the executives and shareholders.
Sadly, I think that Fox's business model remains legally tenable. They can, and have for years, devised lies that don't lead to libel suits.
"Fox's stock price is down 3.4% today, or ~$500M in market cap, after firing Carlson."
I'm sure Tucker takes solace in that and will pitch to his next employer that he is worth $500 million. And maybe he'll find a dummy who takes that deal. But cooler heads will note that individual stocks tick up and down all the time, for god only knows what reasons. After all, WarnerDiscovery, AT&T and Comcast are _also_ all down today.
The Dominion suite loss was already priced into the stock when the settlement was announced, so no surprise it was flat. Carlson's firing was not anticipated like the Dominion loss was.
Indeed, two cancers eliminated in one week -- things are looking up!
You know, there are folks out there who are worse than him. Be careful what you wish for.
Also, he might have been fired because he texted that he hated Trump, not for being what he is.
Indeed, excising the Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly tumors hardly improved the prognosis.
That said, those tumors didn't kill us. We're still alive.
So is KD, and that's worth celebrating.
"he might have been fired because he texted that he hated Trump".
This was my reaction. It may have been that the people who run Fox preferred an alternative to Trump. But that no longer seems a even a slight possibility. So, Fox is resigned to supporting Trump again. That being the case, Carlson would have been a liability for his internal comments disparaging Trump.
Trump himself may have weighed in on this. Trump carries a lot of weight.
"That being the case, Carlson would have been a liability for his internal comments disparaging Trump."
Trump doesn't care if you disparage him in the past, or in private--he only cares if you toe the line when it matters. Tucker did, and on teevee, too! That's Trump's favorite.
Conspiracy theorists already at work tying Paul Ryan (who's just one member of the Fox board and seemingly very little influence on the content of the broadcasts) to his firing. Oh and Big Pharma too. And then there's Zelensky...
Let's not forget George Soros!
And the reptiloids!
I maintain that old Tucker will rise again, crazier and more powerful than ever. His phone must be buzzing like a beehive with calls, texts, and tweeted offers of more lucrative, less restrained on-air positions. And he may be forming his Exploratory Committee.
"I maintain that old Tucker will rise again . . . His phone must be buzzing like a beehive with calls, texts, and tweeted offers of more lucrative, less restrained on-air positions."
Nice try, Mr. Carlson.
Okay, "Russia Today" (aka "RT") makes an offer:
https://www.thedailybeast.com/state-tv-network-russia-today-is-already-offering-tucker-carlson-a-new-job-after-fox-news-departure?ref=home
I should have seen it coming.
Remember Bill O'reilly? He was a Fox big shot once. The fall can be pretty dramatic.
I wonder if that's all there will be à la Sophie or will more hides follow...
TuckerBot 2.0 will be even more vile, just with a better understanding of defamation law and much better communications discipline.
The timing of this firing makes me think there's more at play than just the Dominion payout. Fox has surely known they were going to have to pay a huge settlement if they wanted to avoid the risk and embarrassment of a trial for months so why wait till now if that's the reason? I'm guessing more very bad shit is going to be revealed in the harassment and the smartmatic lawsuits.
"so why wait till now if that's the reason?"
1) You shouldn't presume that the folks running Fox know what they are doing. They wouldn't be in this mess if they did.
2) Firing Tucker before settlement would have weakened their hand, as it could be seen as an admission that ol' Tuck done wrong and/or given Tucker an opportunity to leverage revenge. Once Fox settled with Dominion, Tucker's value to Fox plummeted.
makes sense, but i still expect those other 2 lawsuits are going to bring out more damaging info.
Good analysis.
How long until you're up to a little grave dancing?
