Rather evidently sarcasm although honestly not very amusing sarcasm, insofar as likely to get quoted non-sarcastically and not particularly amusing in itself

No, no, no…. Clearly Biden used the money to artificially suppress the price of gasoline to influence the elections…

Without commenting one way or another on the dollar amount that is "missing" in the Ukraine project, ops in Afghanistan and Iraq are notorious for pallet loads of cash disappearing. The Pentagon has never once passed an audit, and so it's easy to believe money and weapons (think Iran Contra) fall into a black hole every damn day.

At the start of a crisis it is invariably “Waste anything but time.” Then once things settle down it becomes “Look at how much money was wasted!”

I find it hard to worry about the weapons. The Pentagon cannot have inspectors on the front line, so the best they can do is determine that the weapons and munitions in question were headed for the front when last seen. They are inevitably going to have to take the Ukrainians' word for what happened to the weapons. "Private Ukrainski, what happened to the Stinger you were issued?" "I fired it at a Russian helicopter." Unless you just take Private Ukrainski's word for it, that's one Stinger unaccounted for. Multiply that by half a million Ukrainian soldiers.

Exactly, this isn't a billion dollars in cash it's a billion dollars in military hardware -- generally our oldest hardware.

About 1 B-2, or 1.3 B-21's, or 9 F-35's, but only 0.25 Air Force One's. In the (possibly apocryphal) words of Everett Dirksen: "A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you are talking real money".

Female saboteurs who poisoned 46 Russian soldiers in Crimea are on the run after shoot-out with police, say reports

    . . . .
It was reported in December that members of a Ukrainian partisan group called Crimean Combat Seagulls poisoned and killed 24 Russian soldiers after lacing their vodka with arsenic and strychnine.

At the time, Snuffbox quoted unnamed sources as saying that "two nice girls" tricked the unit in Simferopol, Crimea, into drinking the vodka, per the Kyiv Post translation.

In another incident, saboteurs killed 18 and hospitalized 14 Russian personnel in Bakhchisarai, Crimea, by putting arsenic and rat poison in pies and beer, Kremlin Snuffbox previously reported.

Russian military personnel stationed in Crimea have been asked not to take any food or any drinks from strangers and to detain any suspicious young women who approach them to prevent further incidents of poisoning.

The Big Guy might as well take his 10% off the top and cut out the middle man!

However in all seriousness, it is an article of faith in sections of the right that the "Biden Crime Family" is raking in billions from Ukraine. The money is, of course, in secret offshore bank accounts. The fact they remain hidden simply proves how far Biden has gone to hide his criminality.
