Back to two states below 10 new cases/day/100K. OR staying below 10 and now MO, which was riding just above 10, dipped below. Alas, it looks like a number of states are plateauing at high levels, e.g. NY and NJ, and some have jumped back up, TX (storm related reporting) and others, e.g. FL and KY.
