The outbreak in MO still going and spreading...as is the one in WY.
State wide, numbers not jumping up like pre-vaccine outbreaks, but local areas can still be hit hard, esp. places with high levels of un-vaccinated.

Cases and hospitalizations up in affected areas, and starting to affect US numbers nationally. Deaths also starting to go back up in affected areas too--though data a bit noisy.

In New Mexico, the trumpified Republican Party has been running against MLG's pandemic restrictions ever since the pandemic was declared. They've filed lawsuits, tried to take away the governor's powers (if Democratic) come up with a couple of marshmallow "atrocities" that Lujan-Grisham did. So far, they're heavily outnumbered in the legislature and state government, but there's that election coming up in November, then another in 2022...
