Friday Cat Blogging – 14 April 2023

As foreshadowed yesterday, here is Charlie on one of our garden rocks, scanning the horizon for prey. And he found . . .

. . .a camera! Shooting him! But he stared it down and eventually the camera fled.

I hate being first to comment on this, or anything really, but I love the colors in your garden...I presume this is your wife's work? If so it is really good...and having some fauna among the flora is....inspired....kind of a life being in balance. (without humans). Traveller

Beautiful plantings, handsome Charlie - but no trees or squirrels. What kind of recreational yard is that for two cats?

My yard is densely vegetated like that ... except mine is all weeds. I've been at it for an hour or so per day all week and am halfway through the lower front yards (south and east). (sigh!!)

Dear Mr Salamander: Let it go wild...wilding is becoming an attractive thing in my area of Southern California...the city gets on these people with the occasional citation, but I kind of like them, like the look of a house buried in foliage.

    Best Wishes, Traveller
