I'm now halfway through the radiation treatment. Only 14 weekdays to go.
I have to pee constantly and I wake up four or five times a night. Hilbert loves this. There are no other side effects yet.

i had the 72 days of radiation six years ago when my cancer came back. Only getting the side effects now - blood in the urine - as the they take a long time to manifest. i don't think anybody told me about that at the time but it's not setting off any alarm bells among my docs and radiologists.
Hoping for the best, KD.
Best wishes to you Kevin, but if I only woke up 4 or 5 times in a night I'd be thrilled!
Best of luck Kevin!
This means, of course, that after you are cured, you will continue to wake up several times a night in service to Hilbert.
There must be better ways to keep Hilbert happy, Kevin!
Stop rubbing his tummy every time you’re up
good luck to you mr. drum. best wishes for a cure!
as a cancer survivor (testicular, treated in 2021) i have every sympathy in your struggle.
Good luck Kevin, stay positive. Hilbert needs you.
Huh. That describes me too and I haven't been near any radiation since graduate school.
I hope this is the worst you ever have to put up with!
And when did we decide ! would be the universal means-well emoji anyway?
