This is a lovely picture of the Huntington Beach pier at sunset, a photographic favorite. I found this image¹ a couple of days ago when I was looking for a picture I had taken last November of the "Stop the Steal" nutbags rallying in Huntington Beach. I didn't remember taking any pictures of the pier, but of course I did. If you're at the pier when the sun is going down, it's almost impossible to resist.
¹Two images, actually, stitched together in Photoshop.
Piers are unique pieces of "Americana"
Built to last, but also built to age
Nice pic
Some perspective - from "across the "street""
Hey Kevin - Huntington Beach is located at 33 degrees 41 - 34 N
Here's a pic from my neck of the woods. The pier at Wrightsville Beach at sunrise
Located at 34 12 40 or ALMOST a straight line from that pier in your pic to this one

Yeah, stitch line is obvious below the pier, directly under the middle lamppost. Waves are difficult to impossible for AI to stitch.
While the data you present is compelling, I must relay a conversation I had with a Republican workmate: note, he is both well educated and not a Trumpy. He said ‘If government actions has no role in our post Covid unemployment situation, then explain this. Unemployment was 3.5% under Trump pre Covid. Today unemployment is 5.2% and yet lots of retail businesses can’t find employees.’
