Of course he wants Kudlow. The guy is on the TV.
Pretty sure in the future all politicians will be narcissistic celebrities who lie about everything. Assuming we still have meaningful elections of course, and not the sham ones that were imposed upon Hong Kong and Hungary. The electorate seems to want nothing but beautiful self absorbed rich people to lie to them.
Kudlow isn't going to help Trump become a dictator, so his appointment not that imporatnt (as opposed to the DOJ and DOD).
Also Trump will do some funny economics anyway, with or without Kudlow.
Has Kudlow been right about anything?
He's right that you shouldn't buy your cocaine in Central Park.
Wait. That was Kendall Roy. Larry Kudlow was never that discriminating about his coke.
A slim majority of the electorate in this election seems to want nothing but beautiful self absorbed rich people to lie to them.
[Added an optimistic and hopefully accurate gloss.]
"A slim majority of the electorate in this election ..."
Or, as Reupublicans put it, "a mandate".
Not even a slim majority:

Still some steam in the magic eight ball, huh?
Well, *that* will absolutely reassure Wall Street
I was rooting for Scrooge McDuck, who's richer than Trump and even Elon, but Scrooge is on the Disney Channel, not Fox, and that apparently makes a difference.
Sure, why not? Can he do worse? Oops, I really shouldn't ask such questions.
Why not the guy from the Monopoly board?
Uncle Moneybags?
I swear to god I thought he was dead.
Functionally true.
The Trump All Super Stars roster grows.
I don’t think we can afford to keep his office bar stocked.
I thought the policy was "no experts"? Oh, wait.
Decapitation strike.

“Taken together, Trump’s candidates constitute an attempt to wreck the American government… These proposed appointments look like a decapitation strike: destroying the American government from the top, leaving the body politic to rot, and the rest of us to suffer.“
🤔
I hereby nominate Homer Simpson to head the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
I take your point, but Springfield has survived over 35 years of Homer Simpsons ineptness. And given us some laughs along the way. Not sure we'll be so lucky.
Apparently 77 year-old Kudlow said no thanks, he's too old for another four years of that shit.
Just wait. The Hamburgler is going to be nominated as the head of the FBI.
Why doesn't he just pardon Bankman-Fried?
And Ted Kaczynski for the FBI directorship.
